
There has been no interference or influence from outside parties in decisions made by the Cabinet, said government spokesman Fahmi Fadzil.
Fahmi said claims suggesting that certain individuals had influenced government decisions were completely untrue, adding that all Cabinet discussions are classified and cannot be disclosed.
The communications minister was refuting allegations by former economy minister Rafizi Ramli in a recent podcast that Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s former political secretary, Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak, held significant influence over government decisions.
